OWP

Employer-driven, expression-of-interest based. Ontario replaced the whole OINP with this one stream on 25 June 2026.

Every previous OINP stream — Skilled Trades, Human Capital Priorities, Masters/PhD Graduate, Employer Job Offer — closed on 25 June 2026. Only this replacement is open, and it needs an employer. Listed skilled trades get two concessions: CLB 5 instead of 6, and a secondary school diploma instead of a post-secondary credential.
