Provincial Nominee Programs
Which province could nominate you?
A provincial nomination adds 600 CRS points — one of the strongest routes to PR. Every province runs its own program with its own streams and points. Check where you fit, then confirm with a licensed RCIC.

British Columbia
BC PNPSIRS score out of 200 (human capital 120 + economic 80). No age points since Dec 2025.
Strong fit if you have (or can get) a BC job offer; healthcare has extra pathways.
Alberta
AAIPWorker EOI points grid — minimum 67 / 100.
Best if you already work in Alberta or have an Alberta job offer.
Ontario
OWPEmployer-driven, expression-of-interest based. Ontario replaced the whole OINP with this one stream on 25 June 2026.
Every previous OINP stream — Skilled Trades, Human Capital Priorities, Masters/PhD Graduate, Employer Job Offer — closed on 25 June 2026. Only this replacement is open, and it needs an employer. Listed skilled trades get two concessions: CLB 5 instead of 6, and a secondary school diploma instead of a post-secondary credential.
Saskatchewan
SINPEOI points grid out of 100 — minimum 60.
One of the few with a no-job-offer path if your occupation is in demand.
Manitoba
MPNPEOI points grid out of 100 — minimum 60.
Favours a real connection to Manitoba (past work/study, family, or a job offer).
Nova Scotia
NSNPEligibility-based + EE-aligned streams (Labour Market Priorities picks from the EE pool).
Active EE-linked draws; healthcare and in-demand occupations favoured.
New Brunswick
NBPNPEligibility-based + EE-aligned streams; mostly employer-driven.
Strongest with a New Brunswick employer or EE profile.
Prince Edward Island
PEI PNPEOI points-based; small, employer-focused allocation.
Usually needs a PEI job offer; competitive due to small quota.
Newfoundland & Labrador
NLPNPEligibility-based + Priority Skills (EE) pathway.
Job offer helps; healthcare, tech and priority skills favoured.
Yukon
YNPEmployer-driven — a Yukon job offer is required.
Requires a full-time Yukon job offer from an approved employer.
Northwest Territories
NTNPEmployer-driven — an NWT job offer is required.
Requires an NWT employer job offer.
🇫🇷 Quebec selects its own economic immigrants through the Quebec Skilled Worker Program (Arrima) and issues a CSQ — it is separate from the federal PNP. Ask a Newton RCIC if Quebec is a fit.
PNP streams, points floors and eligibility change often (Ontario's OINP is being redesigned in 2026). This tool is general guidance to help you explore — Newton Immigration (RCIC #R705964) confirms the current, exact requirements and builds your plan.
